RETURNS & DAMAGES

 

    Q. What do I do if I want to return an item?

     A. If you’re not satisfied with your order in any way, please email us at customer@bibiclothing.com within 7 business days of receipt of goods to initiate the Return.

    Please include the following in the body of your email:

    Business name,Invoice number(s),Style number(s),Size(s) and color(s),Quantity,Reason for return,Photos of damages if applicable.

    All returned packages must be in unworn, unaltered, and unwashed condition, with all original labels and tags attached.

    We will only provide a shipping label for damaged items.

    Packages that are returned without an Advanced e-mail notice will be returned at the customer’s expense and subject to a restocking fee of 10%~25%.

    Please note that failure to abide by any/all of these requirements will result in a 25% restocking fee.

    Please note any seasonal items are subject to be inspected and review once receipt. 

   

    Q. What is considered damage?

    A. We review damage claims on a case by case basis, so please be as detailed as possible in your email. Non-damage returns will be returned at the customer’s expense.

   

    Q. Can I cancel an order?

    A. Cancellations must be requested by written form (mail or email). You will not be able to cancel an item that has already been shipped. Please contact customer@bibiclothing.com           

   

    Q. What is your refund policy?

    A. Only store credit will be issued for returns, regardless of reason. Please note that all sale items are sold as is, and is considered final. No returns will be issued for sale items. 

   

    Q. How Fast does BIBI ships?

    A. Typically ships in 2 Business days. Due to the season, orders aren’t able to have a guarantee lead time on shipping. But we do our best to ship the next business day. 

   

    Q. Would I be able to use my own shipping Account?

    A. Yes, if you have preferable account please make note and provide account # so we can use it.
