

Shipping Policy
Here’s everything you need to know about how BiBi ships — whether you're ordering across the city or across the globe.
📦 Domestic Shipping
BiBi ships via FedEx and UPS. Please note that once your order leaves our facility, shipping is handled by these third-party carriers and is outside of our control.
Carriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to BiBi. A new shipping fee will be required to resend the order.
PO Box addresses are not eligible for delivery via FedEx or UPS. If a PO Box is provided, our team will reach out to request a valid street address before processing the order.
⚡ Expedited Orders
Expedited orders must be placed by 11:00 AM (PST) to be shipped on the same day. We use FedEx Express for expedited deliveries, even if UPS is selected at checkout, due to significant price differences.
Please note that we do not offer weekend deliveries. All shipping estimates are based on business days only.
🌍 International Shipping
For international shipments, we strongly recommend using UPS. USPS tracking stops after the package leaves the United States, while UPS offers full end-to-end tracking.
BiBi is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country or financial institution. We are also not liable for delays due to government inspections.
Important: For international orders over $2,000, a signature will be required upon delivery.
🚚 Free Local Cargo Delivery
We offer free delivery every Friday morning to local cargo services located within the Los Angeles Fashion District.
📫 USPS Shipping Notice
If you select USPS as your shipping carrier, please be aware that BiBi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Claims cannot be filed through us for USPS-related issues.
🛍️ Order Changes & Promotions
Once an order has been invoiced or shipped, it cannot be modified. Orders placed prior to a promotional event are not eligible for retroactive discounts.
We reserve the right to cancel duplicate orders made solely to take advantage of a promotion or due to system errors or unforeseen issues.
📝 Preorders & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a preorder, please contact us before it ships. Once shipped, the order is considered final.
Phone call cancellations will not be accepted. All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Please note: All online orders are considered final. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, including those associated with refused or unaccepted packages.
❗ Shortages, Damages, & Exceptions
Any shortages or damaged items will not be replaced. However, store credit may be issued upon review.
Complex cases or uncommon shipping issues may take additional time to resolve — but we promise we’ll do our best to make it right.
